Move your body!
Take a bath or shower using heavenly scented salts or body wash. After, use coconut oil or something you love all over your body
Dance naked. Pick a track that reflects your mood and dance! Move to honour your emotions.
Gratitude ritual. I like to light a candle while I do this. You can say them out loud or journal or have things you touch that remind you to be grateful like small stones. Try and find 30 things.
Write down your desires. You can write them on sticky note or write them in your journal.
Prepare and eat breakfast mindfully. Use nice plates. Eat slowly and don’t allow any distractions - either talk if you’re eating with someone, or silently but no gadgets and no rushing.
Jade Egg practice.
This practice will help you dump any emotional charge held in your body, honoured your emotions, nourished yourself, connected with gratitude and expressed your most deeply help desires.
It will allow you to start your day filled up with love and attention, so you can move into the day with a solid foundation of self care in place.
