21 day Spring self care mini-challenge
This mini challenge is for you if you’re ready to get the spring back in your step after winter and want to embrace seasonal living more in your life.

If you’re sick of struggling with stress and fatigue but you don’t even have the time to think about what to do about it - this is the course for you!
Without a strategy for self care, health and wellness tend to slip into the realm of good intentions. Without a strategy you’ll be susceptible to stress, health and weight issues and the knock on effects that impact your work, relationships and happiness. You’ll be leaving all of this to luck and your efforts at sustaining good habits won’t stick.
With this you’ll develop and refine your own routine of self care that will give you immediate results and long term benefits and impact. You’ll get back into shape quickly and experience more energy, calm, clarity and focus. Your health overall will improve as you balance your stress levels and the positive impact of this will flow into your career, relationships and overall happiness and enjoyment of life. There is literally nothing in your life that won’t be improved by learning how to take care of yourself - and with this strategy you’ll learn how to do it almost effortlessly, so that it’s sustainable and pleasurable.
Why work with me?
I know about this stuff first hand after a health crisis in my mid 20s found me in the emergency ward. I had severe ‘grumbling appendicitis’ for years, which resulted in me literally being ill as much as I was well, diagnosed with chronic fatigue, clinical depression and leaky gut, among other things. It wasn’t a time I’d care to repeat, but what I learned, through trial and error, were strategies that enabled me to manage my health, psychology and life. This was when I decided to train as a yoga teacher, and embarked on a path to learning more about women’s health and lifestyle design.
As many teachers do, I then spent close to a decade also maintaining a corporate career. I’ve been married and divorced. I’ve lived and worked in a few different states and overseas. Which I share to demonstrate that I understand what it’s like to be busy, to have a modern life, and to have plenty on your plate.
Each week builds so the idea is to add on as you go.

Spring physical fitness - move
Add these to your normal routine or do them alone but give yourself rest days in between
You will receive four practices to keep (you can do one at a time or all together)
· A 10 min start the day happy day practice
· 3 x 10 minute yoga shred practices
· A stretch out yoga practice do after your shred
· Connect to body wisdom practice
3 practices including the easiest meditation you'll ever try
· Loving kindness meditation
· Working with the mind – mindfulness
· How and who to use affirmations
· A breath practice for peak performance
· Support – connecting with community
· Working with spirit
What will I need? 10 - 30 minutes a day, enough space to do jumping jacks, and a journal or something to write on. If you have more time or special gear, awesome.
